Echo Ranch Bible Camp was founded in 1964 in Juneau, Alaska. Since then, thousands of campers have heard the gospel, and countless lives have been transformed. Currently, Echo Ranch hosts over 900 campers each summer, with others visiting for retreats and events throughout the spring and fall. God has used Echo Ranch in incredible ways to bring people to Himself and to reach many communities in Alaska that are in deep spiritual darkness. 

As the ministry of Echo Ranch grows, more staff are needed to adequately invest in each camper and counselor who comes to camp. With staff growth, more on-campus housing is necessary to accommodate the individuals and young families who are serving within the ministry.

Avant is partnering with Echo Ranch to fund the building of two new staff cottages. The work will be done by volunteer work teams in conjunction with Echo Ranch staff. These  cottages will provide safe personal space for staff to rest, be refreshed, and make a home amid a very busy ministry environment. These spaces will allow our staff to better minister to the campers and serve out of a healthy place.

Avant is seeking to raise $275,000 to build two staff cottages. Our goal is to break ground in May of this year and complete the project in September 2025.
