Ministry Description
English is an important part of international business whether it be the oil fields of Chubut or the business centers of Buenos Aires. Because of this, we can build contacts with professionals using a conversational English program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a one-year conversational English program under the leadership of the local church.
• The primary goal is to get to know the students and introduce them to Jesus Christ and the local church.

Language
Language school for Spanish is required or an already good working knowledge and fluency in the language.

Experience and Training Needed
Avant requires education or training appropriate for the specific ministry in which the candidate will be engaged.  For those serving longer than six months, completion of the Avant Candidate Orientation Program is also required.  It is expected that applicants will have demonstrated their abilities in Christian service prior to application.  A good working knowledge of the Bible is required for all personnel.
