Opportunities

Career

Short-Cycle Church Planting (SCCP) philosophy of ministry recognizes the power of God and utilizes the creative synergy of a team. Individuals unite for a common cause: planting a biblically mature, reproducing church in as short a time as possible. Our teams employ innovative, creative means of evangelization, discipleship and national leadership training. We expect God to accomplish more than we can ever imagine.

Volunteer

Volunteer opportunities are those projects or assignments six months or less that support our missionary work around the world. Projects vary field by field, some may focus on evangelism while others focus on youth ministry at Echo Ranch Bible Camp in Alaska where you may serve as a camp counselor or wrangler.

There are two different volunteer opportunities: the Volunteers in Avant (VIA) program and the Missionary Associates Program (MAP).

Intern

The Avant Internship Program is designed to give students interested in missions an opportunity to gain real world missions exposure that transcends the typical summer work project. Participants will experience the ins and outs of cross-cultural Kingdom work first hand with a high-performance missionary team, and will have the opportunity to see if they have a passion and heart for long-term service.  They will also walk away from their experience with a larger picture of how God is using everyday people like you to bring His people to Himself.
