David Hansen
Vice President of Global Partnerships

Active in international ministry since 1974, David Hansen joined Avant as Vice President of Global Partnerships in 2007.  In this position David oversees Avant's initiatives to partner with North American churches and develop training programs for national believers.  A graduate of Grace College (now Grace University) in Omaha, Nebraska, David and his wife Judy first joined Avant in 1974 as missionaries to Modena, Italy. While there they served on loan to Voce della Bibbia, Back to the Bible's Italian ministry.  In 1984 the Hansens moved to Back to the Bible's headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, where David served in several leadership roles before returning to Avant.  While in Lincoln, he was also actively involved as a missions elder at Lincoln Berean Church.  David and Judy have been married for over 30 years and have two married sons and three grandchildren.
